Now, a man named Jimboy Rivera is now in hot waters after he uploaded some of pictures featuring him pointing a gun to his nephew and niece.

After being bashed he deactivated his account, but the netizen were able to grab some copy. Now, a Facebook Fanpage was created where he was being hated.

According to the report by T3, there is no gun registered under his name and it's confirmed he violated the rights of the children.

Some officials wanted to file a case against him for violating the rights of children. If proven guilty, he will be facing the jail and must pay a fine.
