In his privilege speech, Senator Tito Sotto cited that there are some long-term effects of contraceptives. His emotional speech was well applauded.
However, a group of bloggers said that the senator plagiarized a work of a US-based blogger.
The Filipino Thinkers claimed that the senator copied parts from the article of "Sarah, The Healthy Home Economist".
