Empire State Building Shooting kills 2

On Friday at 9:00 AM (1300 GMT) a man shot his colleague right in front of the Empire State Building in New York City.

Jeffrey Johnson, 53 fired 5 shots at Steven Ercolino, 41, the Vice President of sales at Johnson’s former employer, Hazan Import Corp., at 10 W. 33rd Street.

According to reports Johnson who was wearing an olive suit fired 5 shots at Orcollino without any words. THe police then fired at Johnson, killing the man.

According to the investigation, the policemen are also responsible for the injuries as Johnson’s gun was a .45 caliber held seven rounds where he fired 5 to Ercolino with officers ejecting the remaining bullets when they secured it.

One witness also claim that he is positive that a police shot him.
