Bullie MMDA gets his promotion

Robert Blair Carabuena, an officer in Philip Morris is getting some downs on his life after his acts of bullying was caught on tape, his victim the MMDA officer gets his break.

If Carabuena got suspended from work, and his driver's license will be soon revoked, Saturnino got his promotion.

According to MMDA Traffic Discipline Office chief Yves Gonzales, Saturnino from Traffic Constable 1 was promoted to Traffic Constable 2, this means of a higher salary and more benefits.

Fabros who has been working for the MMDA for 12 years lost his wife on 2012 and has been struggling to support his 6 kids with some of them are already in college.
