Heavy Rain is not a Hindrance for Wedding

Amids the heavy down pour, couple Hernelie Ruazol and Ram Ocampo continued with their knot tying.

The two continued with the ceremony and took picture of them outside, still wearing their wedding dresses and kissed with their feet soaked in the flood, with everybody looking at them, and quite happy with scene.
