Dog barks to seek help for injured owner

A woman in New Zealand was rescued by passing runners after her dog barks frantically to gain attention.

Jennie Warr was walking along the trail when suddenly she twisted and fall on her legs breaking bones. At that time, she was about 100 meters away from the main trail and the place was steep.

Eventually, two flecks of light coming, when she shouted, she was unheard, but then Georgie, who was with her stepped up and begun barking drastically.

Then, a woman saw them who alerted the earlier runners. The three gave her first aid and called the ambulance that airlifted her to safety.
I was just so pleased when they found me.
It’s a great example of people being willing to stop in their lives and actually check something out; that it’s not a goat or it’s not kids playing around. I’m really grateful to those people.
