USA Takes Gold in Basketball for Both Category

The United States of America clinched the gold medal in the 2012 Olympics for both Men's and Women's category.

The men's team which is composed of National Basketball Association (NBA) defeated the European champs, Spain 107-100. 

It's the men's second gold in a row for this wonderful event and 17th in total.

Kevin Durant led the All-Star team with 30 points. Lebron James with 19, and Kobe Bryant contributed 17.

On the other hand, Paul Gasol, a Los Angeles Lakers star carried his team with 24 points. Juan-Calos Navarro with 21, and Rudy Fernandez added 14.

The women's team also donated gold medal for their country after they demolished France 86-50 winning their 5th consecutive gold.
