On August 23, 2012, the MMDA Traffic Discipline chief Yves Gonzalez, through his Twitter account posted a photo of Carabuena while reading his apologies before the MMDA officials.
After the video featuring him while bullying the officer surfaced, he got cyber-bullied, suspended from work and now has his license in the process of revocation.
On the other hand, Fabros was promoted from work, received gifts including money, honored in a flag ceremony and was surprised by his co-workers repairing his house.
Mr. Gonzales also tweeted a copy of Fabros' apology letter.
Despite his apologies, the MMDA Tweeted that the direct assault case against Carabuena will push through and today is the preliminary hearing.
