Robert Blair Carabuena might have his driver's license revoked forever

Robert Blair Carabuena, the motorist who hit an MMDA officer, Saturnino Fabros might be facing forever driving ban.

This is due to his failure to attend the summary hearing of his case.

The Land Transportation Office - National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) Director Teofilo Guadiz III said that his failure is also equivalent to waiving his rights to present evidences.
Mr. Carabuena didn't have the courtesy to show up and request for an extension if he wanted more time to prepare his defense. There was neither any call nor manifestation so we will only decide based on the affidavit-complaint of Mr. Fabros.
If this happened, Carabuena can't drive any vehicle forever.

But, Carabuena can file an appeal to this decision before the Secretary of Transportation and Communications secretary.
