Last week, it is reported that Carabuena failed to show up in the hearing of his case. This is equivalent in wavering his rights to present some evidences.
Due to this, LTO-National Capital Region (NCR) Director Atty. Teofilo Guadiz cancelled the driver's license of Carabuena. He will also be facing charges for not following traffic rules.
Carabuena can appeal to the secretary about this verdict.
