Apple recommends rivals' mapping services

After a week of it's released, Apple Inc's mapping services which is powered by iOS 6, people can't help but complain.

In line with the complains, the Apple Inc., posted through their website a letter of apology addressed to the consumer.
At Apple, we strive to make world-class products that deliver the best experience possible to our customers. With the launch of our new Maps last week, we fell short on this commitment. We are extremely sorry for the frustration this has caused our customers and we are doing everything we can to make Maps better.
According to some bloggers, this new service of Apple which is available in iPhone 5 was dysfunctional and showed information error. There are even worse errors that an establishment supposedly in the right appeared on  the left.

what's more unusual is that the Apple recommended other mapping services which happens a competitor of the company. He recommended Bing, MapQuest and Waze, Google and Nokia maps for the consumers.
While we’re improving Maps, you can try alternatives by downloading map apps from the App Store like Bing, MapQuest and Waze, or use Google or Nokia maps by going to their websites and creating an icon on your home screen to their web app.
