PNP revokes the gun permit of Carabuena and Bantiles

The Philippine National Police revoked the permit to carry a gun of Robert Blair Carabuena and Allan Bantilles after using their guns to threaten other people.


PNP – Firearms and Explosive Office (FEO) chief Raul Petrasanta said that the confiscated guns are expected to be surrendered anytime this day.

Carabuena, the man who hit the MMDA officer, Saturnino Fabros also threatened him with words that he will use his gun against the officer.

Bantiles, on the other hand, pointed a gun to a Colegio De San Juan student named Jaime Garcia after the student bullied his son.

Garcia, on Tuesday filed charges of murder, slander and slander by deed against Bantiles over the Makati City Prosecutor's office.
