The team got their medals from 500-meter event (3gold 1 silver), 10-paddlers of all-male event, mixed 20 event (12 men and 8 women), and mixed 10 race (6 men, 4 women).
This event also served as a get together of Overseas Filipino Workers (PFW) who are based in Italy. All of them took a leave in their corresponding works in order to have a full support over the team.
The team,on the other hand, didn't waste the time of their "kababayans".
