PNP Community relations group website hacked

The website of the Philippine National Police's Police-Community Relations Group was hacked on Tuesday by the Anonymous Philippines.

The front page of the website (http://pcrg.pnp.gov.ph/)was defaced with the message "Hacked by M4N1L4 PR1D3, PHILIPPINE CYBER ARMY AND -=TheFamilyPride=-".

As of the writing the website only shows "Index of /".

Chief Supt. Generoso Cerbo Jr., PNP spokesman, confirmed the hacking of the PCRG website yesterday and added that the website will be out of service until the IT experts were able to sustain the database.

This hacking is part of the Cybercrime Law that threatens the freedom of expression in the Philippines.
