Kapamilya hunk Xian Lim is the cover boy of the September 2012 issue of the Garage Magazine.

Showing a classic style and looks, Xian was dubbed as the "The Breakout Star of the Year".

Along with Kim Chiu, Lim won the Couple of the Night in the StarMagic Ball 2012 and will also star in the incoming teleserye "Ina, Anak, Kapatid".
