Dog stays loyal over deceased owner for 6 years

Captain, a German Shepherd, ran away from the family of his owner after his master died. After a week he was found sitting by his owner's grave.

Miguel Guzman adopted Captain in 2005 as a gift to his son. Miguel died in 2006 and up to now, Captain stayed in the cemetery guarding the grave of Miguel.

What's more surprising is that the family never brought Captain to the cemetery.

The staff of the cemetery take care of Captain and fed him all through the years. They added that Captain will sometimes roam around the cemetery, but will rush back to the grave and will stay there all night.

He turned up here one day, all on his own, and started wandering all around the cemetery until he eventually found the tomb of his master.

During the day he sometimes has a walk around the cemetery, but always rushes back to the grave. And every day, at six o'clock sharp, he lies down on top of the grave, stays there all night.

The family said that have tried to bring Captain hoe, but he always escape will return to the grave.
