Shakira is pregnant with soccer player boyfriend

Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll or popularly known as Shakira said that she's expecting a baby with her soccer player boyfriend, Gerard Pique.

Shakira revealed this news through her website. She said that both of them are happy and have cancelled promotional activities to prepare for their baby's arrival.

As some of you may know, Gerard and I are very happy awaiting the arrival of our first baby! At this time we have decided to give priority to this unique moment in our lives and postpone all the promotional activities planned over the next few days.

Earlier this week, it is confirmed that she and Usher will be replacing Christina Aquilera and Cee Lo Green for the fourth season of the hit singing contest "The Voice".
